    Death Frames The Editor

Another great story by Teresa Watson. Full of twists and turns. How does Lizzie always, unintensionally, get stuck in the middle? Loved "Death Frames The Editor".

This one will stick with me for a long time

First, I have to just react. Oh, My, Word. I was so caught up in the first two chapters of Death Frames the Editor that I didn't even realize that I had turned pages and the book drew me in more with every page to the end. As much as I enjoyed the early books of the Lizzie Crenshaw Mysteries, the later books have all grabbed me by the heart and pulled me into the story and into Lizzie's life. I started the novel late at night and couldn't stop until the end even though my eyes kept trying to closes. When an old enemy returns to town, the whole community is up in arms but as much as everyone wants to protect Lizzie, there is nothing anyone can do until he does more than employ emotional warfare. Before they have time to do more than take a solid stand against him, Lizzie and her friends have more danger to face than the threat that he offers This book is probably not a great point at which to enter the series but Ms. Watson provides enough background that a new reader could enjoy the story and quickly develop an emotional buy-in. Starting here is sure to lead new readers to want to go back and read the series.
