    Driven

Better name would have been "Drivel". This was one of the filthiest written books I have ever had the displeasure of reading. Way too much gratuitous sex. I seriously believed the author needs psychological help. Or at least a sex therapist. The story line drifted from childishly transparent to reasonable well constructed, and did so - to be kind - disjointedly. The author may be popular with a very perverted portion of the reading public, but she fails my test. Sorry girl, but you are off my list for figure reading.

    Mind blowing

This is one of the best books I’ve ever read. Unputdownable, action on the edge of your seat. Love always finds a way. The story will linger for many years to come.

    Driven

Surprisingly, it was good. Normally, I don't go for dark novels but the story on this one got me. Try it. You just might be happy that you did.

A fun adventure in a frozen wasteland

Driven was a very interesting read, centered on a post-apocalyptic icy wasteland ruled by a ruthless government, pirate like truckers, and a rebel faction determined to take down the government. There was plenty of action, romance, and a unique world that I would have loved to have known more about. The best thing about Driven was Raina, who has no problem taking care of herself and kicking some serious butt. Trust doesn't come easy to Raina and it takes her a while to warm up to the mysterious Wizard. One thing I found interesting about Raina is that she wants so desperately to be selfish and only care about her survival but she can't help but be compassionate towards others in need. As a former assassin for the New Government Order, Wizard is used to working alone and suppressing all emotions. I loved watching Wizard be completely baffled by his unexpected feelings toward Raina. Wizard was raised to be nothing but a ruthless killer with no feelings and a computer like intelligence. His lack of humor and odd way of stating things made him a bit of a puzzle for Raina. While the romance isn't the focus of the story it does get plenty of time on page and centers mostly around two loners who never really expected to find happiness. Was this the best story ever? No, but it sure was a lot of fun to read.
