    Indefencible

I found the first in the series, Damaged, as a free book. Was totally hooked and bought Indefencible as soon as I finished it. I now need to buy book 3. Highly recommended mix of thriller/detective/legal with a touch of romance but not too much to get boring. And very importantly - it's dog friendly. If you're like me and ditch an author if the dog gets killed. All safe and sound to the end of this book

    Incredibly haunting.

WOW. Even better than DAMAGED. The character-driven conflict has resonated weeks after I finished it. INDEFENSIBLE is one of the most unique, tense thrillers I have read to date, and I thought the imagery was brilliantly paired with compelling suspense. Without question, this is Kate's best adventure so far.

Pamela Callow is a stickler for detail.

Pamela Callow had her finger on the pulse when she penned this book. Her descriptions of communities and specific landmarks make her books very personal. Why travel to European countries when you can visit Halifax and surrounding communities to follow the footsteps of her characters? Even the smallest details that are known to locals, such as Rogues' Roost in this book, have been well researched. This particular book was so exciting that I found it difficult to put down. Could be because I live in the community where an exciting rescue took place. Loved the story line with several twists and turns along the way. Great character builds. Keep on writing, Pam!

    Second Kate Lange book

After reading the first book in the series , I was curious about the second. I liked it better as the suspense was bigger and deeper. Looking forward to read the third and fourth books. It’s been a while since I couldn’t put down a book.
