    Mindspeak

Entertaining read, but sometimes complex and confusing. The main plot line was good but introduction of character's is sometimes confusing

    Teens come into powers

Seven clones grow up. Most have some idea of their background but a few don't. The Program was set up to train these young people in the methods of using their special mind powers. Each has the ability to heal mental or physical wounds, and some have more power than others. As our heroine, Lexi whines way too much, makes bad decisions which cause more problems and never seems to understand anything. Everyone keeps secrets from her but she sticks around and trusts them anyway. All show very poor judgement so situation never improves. It was a fun idea for a book but way too much time was spent revealing secrets. It ends rather abruptly in a cliffhanger-the second volume seems to be more of the same- keep secrets, trust even when you catch them lying over and over. No likable characters so just ok read.

    Do you trust me?

At times, I felt like the book moved too slowly as if the pieces we knew just kept being repeated but each time with a tiny fragment of new information. I like the story and the characters. I just wish it wasn't near the end that the story got exciting because it took awhile to get to there.

    Enthralling

Interesting storyline and ideas. Thoroughly enjoyed it, often did not see twists coming. Well written and worth a read.

    Mindspeak

Wow! Good book. You can’t help with loving some of the characters. Mindspeak has some of the usual romance requirements such as the overprotective hottie that keeps secrets to protect, but he has that hurt side that needs protecting. And then it has that badass girl who’s trying to keep herself walled up from everyone to protect herself but later falls for that overprotective guy. And then there are the typical bad guys that you don’t suspect are bad. And then there’s the not normal romance thing. By that I mean there are the original 7 (gosh I would like I’m talking about Percy Jackson with that phrase) who were not normal. They all have something special about them. Read and find out what makes them so special and get to know their past. They each have an interesting story to tell. Have fun reading this book. You will slowly fall in love.
