    Tiger Command!

If you're interested in a quick overview of the emergence of the first German Heavy in dramatic form then this might just be enough to get you hooked on what could become a series. I was hoping for more detail and more grit.

Didn't put a tiger in my tank!

This is probably the poorest WW2 based novel I have ever read. Stereotypical characters populating a plot so mind-numbingly crass I just had to finish the book to confirm my suspicions that this was simply a Commando comic without the pictures. The synopsis on the Kobo web page comparing this drivel with Das Boot is an insult and I can guarantee that there won't be a film forthcoming anytime soon. Unbelievably awful I will not be waiting for any sequels with bated breath.

    Tiger - or Lion?

A good book, well written. I never imagined how much work needed to be done when a new armoured vehicle was introduced - particularly a major heavy tank. There was also an insight into the hideous conditions experienced by both sides on the Russian Front. Truly, life was cheap, and wastage was a daily event.
