    Not as helpful as I hoped

    I enjoyed finding out how hiring works at Google. I didn't feel like it provided a lot of insight into doing HR type work for companies with needs much different from what Google has. Still, the book was interesting because Google is interesting. Seeing how they do things differently from the typical enormous corporation was enlightening. I think it provides a good starting point to move into other books about behavioral economics which can make a bigger difference at more companies and in your personal life than what is found in this particular book.
