    Ok read

Friends to lovers book. I thought this was an ok read. It didn't have the same feel to me as previous books that I have read in the Montgomery world. I liked Mace and Adrienne but their story and romance fell a little short for me. I think because their lives were already so entwined that I didn't really feel a progression and so I was not blown away. I'm still looking forward to seeing what comes next in this spin-off .

    Fantastic job!

I'm so happy the Montgomery's are back! Addi and Mace are such a great match as friends that you can't help but want it to be more. The chemistry between them is super hot and leaps off the page at you. Daisy stole my heart and she hasn't given it back. This is a wonferful spin-off and I can't wait to read the other books in the series. If you don't know the Montgomery's don't worry this book is a good introduction and will make you want to read the other series. I love Carrie Ann's book and this one is a great addition.

5 best friends to lovers stars!

I absolutely loved Addi and Mace, I think they may have moved into top spot of the Montgomery couples for me! The fact Mace is a single dad with a sweet little Daisy in the mix, and Shep and Shea have moved home, extra bonuses We have a best friends to lovers story here, and this couple doesn't keep the craziness that makes them friends out of their sex life. In fact, they have a lot of fun in the bedroom, and that makes them even more endearing. Their trouble is that they want to stay friends, as the dormant sexual tension between them, that seems to have cropped up out of nowhere, flares up. First they deny it, then they try to keep it secret (which leads to one the best quotes ever in a book about how to keep things secret if they are leaving semen everywhere), and when people start to notice, they confess and try to be a normal, dating couple Yeah, that doesn't work for them, their normal is their own, but when life throws an extra curve ball at Mace, he messes up. Addi doesn't let him get away with it though, and he does an expert job grovelling, which she acknowledges A wonderful love story, with great sexual tension, laughs, a mystery to solve, a few tears, some truly sweet moments, and a complete and utterly beautiful happily-ever-after!

    Loving the Colorado Springs Cousins!

Welcome to Montgomery Ink Too! This fantastic friends-to-lovers story gives us a close-up introduction to the Colorado Springs Montgomery cousins. Feisty Adrienne Montgomery and swoon-worthy Mace have been best friends for years. Fellow tattoo artists and each other’s rock to lean on, they’re entering a new phase in their lives with the opening of the first Montgomery Ink franchise. A new business isn’t all that is changing...one stormy night and an awkward admission lead these bff’s down a road neither thought they would take, a road that turns rocky amidst family upheaval and someone targeting the tattoo parlor as soon as the doors open. Addie and Mace’s story is well worth reading every word that is written and an excellent segue to further expansion of the popular Montgomery Ink series. I am definitely looking forward to sisters Thea and Rocky’s books as well. *I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book

Loved this first book in a new series!

The Montgomery Ink spinoff series is here with Fallen Ink. We now get to meet the cousins that live in Colorado Springs and learn each of their stories as they each run their own businesses. Fallen Ink is about Addi, who owns the tattoo shop with her brother, and Mace, who is Addi's best friend and also works at the tattoo shop. This is a very best of friends to lovers story. We get to see their ups and downs with trying to decide if what they are doing is best or not. I loved getting to know both of these characters along with Mace's daughter Daisy. I hope that we get to see more of these two with the future books in the series. I know this side of the Montgomerys will be just as exciting as the clan from Denver! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
