    Thanks for your feedback!

Good read on credibility and leaders

A good book on the effects of credibility on leaders as perceived by their stakeholders. Plenty of antidotes by many current successful leaders in business and philanthropy add to the substance of this well researched book. Enjoyed reading the author admit that his method is not a guarantee of success in the final chapter. As I transition from one leadership position to another, the author facilitated my own internal introspection. I was able to see how my prior organization's successes were built on positive relationships of trust and our strugggles came at times of conflicting values. I recommend this book for anyone that desires to be a positive leader and make a significant contribution to their team?
