    Intriguing

The stories are written in clear approachable prose but dense with philosophical and existential contemplation.

Surprised this isn't a Black Mirror episode yet!

This is a collection of short stories which explores ancient human emotions and traditions through the eyes of modern technology. What I loved most is that, most of the tech the author mentions/builds his tales on, have real possibilities of becoming a staple in our lives in the near future. Nothing is outlandish along the lines of a 'Beam Me up Scotty' or a 'Commander Data'.

    Excellent stories

My first time reading Ted Chiang's work. Really great premises followed up by generally very well written and interesting stories
