    A great read

A beautiful story, sisterly love, the characters are practically sitting at your side or should that be you sitting at their side, either way you become immersed within the story. And don't ask me about the ending, wow. highly recommend this book. This is a voluntary review from the heart

    Another Great Read

The second book is as good as the first as we follow Mai misadventures as she tries to keep her younger sister out of foster care. Living a world of magic isn't new to Mai, but living with wolves is. She also learns what boundaries she will cross to protect what she loves. This fast moving suspenseful tale will keep you reading. I'm looking forward to the next book.

    Drama in the family

I reviewed book 3, Fox Blood, a month ago but just realised that I haven't reviewed this one, book 2. Ooops to me!! Mai is still trying to care for her younger sister, Kira. They are kitsunes (were-foxes) hanging out with a small pack of were-wolves led by Gunner. Something is wrong with Kira and Mai is searching for a reason and a cure while trying not to get attacked by other were-wolves. AND then there's the Master - a mystery related to Mai's mother. I really enjoy Aimee's books and writing style.

    Love this series!

Shadow Wolf is book 2 of the Moon Marked series. Like book one it had me hooked from beginning to end. I found it suspenseful and full of adventure. The story is well written with great characters! I love Mai and her sister Kira and following them on their journey to keep together and seeing their strength grow. I also love Gunner and his growing relationship with Mai. I can’t wait to read book 3 and highly recommend this series!!! (I received this as an arc copy and am leaving a voluntary honest review.)

    Need more soon!

I generally enjoy this author’s writing, and I am happy to say this book, the second in a series, is no exception. Mia’s life has changed quite a bit, but she isn’t sure if it’s for the better. Now, it seems her sister Kira can’t be well after losing something at the end of the last book. Can she find out what’s up with her sister, and maybe get to the bottom of who the Master is? I loved how events unfolded in this book. I do wish that Mia and Gunner would get a little closer, but there are more books to come. And, to tell the truth, I am sad at a couple of the events at the end. I’m hoping for a resolution in the next book…please, please? Enjoyable book that I highly recommend! I was provided the e-book which I voluntarily reviewed.
