  • Fantastic book !

I must change review, it was previously 4 stars, now is 5! Why? Because I improved my focus after some time, and Im able to be in "flow" during the day. Also I passed 2 hardest exam, all in 1 month of hyperfocus! Thanks, thanks!

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Well researched and informative

The book describes the concept of hyperfocused attention, and its counterpart which the author calls scatterfocus. Lots of information here, which the author has backed up with detailed references. He definitely knows his stuff, and it’s an interesting read. The takeaway exercises and suggestions for application are a bit buried in the text, so maybe not the best book if you want a structured how-to guide for reclaiming your attention.

    Thanks for your feedback!
