    4.5 STARS!!

Oh My Goodness! I loved this book. I'm just so frustrated to have to wait for more story. Don't misunderstand, this wasn't necessarily a book with a cliffhanger. There's a satisfactory conclusion in this first installment, but there's just more story to be told. And I can't wait! Kori is a high school student with a penchant for art via graffiti. When she lands in trouble one too many times, her military father enlists two soldiers as Kori's guardians while he's away. Unbeknownst to her, they are from a parallel universe where they are closely acquainted with the Kori of their world. They are actually there to protect her from a parallel universe-jumping enemy rather than from getting herself in trouble. Although, there's that too! I'm kind of a junkie for sci-fi when it involves time-travel or parallel universes. Combine that with the YA romance genre and I'm sold. This book hit all my sci-fi reading buttons with coherent writing and well-developed characters. I was able to connect to the characters plights, as well as immerse myself in the sci-fi elements with plausibility. There was just enough romance without it overshadowing the action and suspense. To put it simply, I enjoyed this story and will wait in anticipation of the next installment. I received a copy of this book from Entangled Teen. This review is my honest and unbiased opinion.

    Love.

Love this book about parallel worlds so much, and can't wait to hear what other readers think! (Can't wait for the next book in The Infinity Division series.)

    Simply Amazing!

This book was awesome and I loved every single minute while reading it! The characters are well written, the story and plot were interesting and even though I had my doubts about how the author was going to make it believable it was amazing! This is a story that has a complicated romance, action, suspense and even humor. What more can you possible want from a book? Of course there is the whole ending thing…that is frustrating since I am super anxious to read what happens next! Book two needs to be here NOW! *I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book from Netgalley. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own. *

This story reminded me of the show Fringe (which I

I got sucked into Kori's story from page 1 and the suspense and the lore brought me deeper and deeper. This was a total page-turner and I am eagerly awaiting the continuation! Yup, this ends on a cliffhanger. Which makes me want to throw something except that it means the story gets to be really fleshed out and that there will hopefully be more Cade, Kori and Noah! :) Kori is a teenage girl who is a loner and artistic rebel (when we meet her, she is creating a large 'street art' mural), with a mother who died of cancer and a military father who isn't around much. She was strong and tough, and I really enjoyed basically everything about her. She meets two guys who she believes to be soldiers, Cade and Noah. Cade is a lot like Kori, though less rebellious, so I also adored him! Noah is, as Kori describes at one point, an "obnoxious smart-ass" who is pretty much constantly munching on something, haha. I really, really loved these characters and the complexities of their relationships. The romance in this is sweet and sexy and I loved the chemistry between Kori and Cade. The way love was described as having someone challenge you and help make you better was fanastic. As was the banter between Kori and Noah, and the development of their friendship. This is science fiction and I really enjoyed that aspect and thought that it was all pretty believable (in that Sci-Fi way). I actually went into this without remembering much about the plot, which did make for some fun surprises, but it was relatively predictable once it all got going. I didn't find the predictability to be at all a bad thing though and it didn't take away from the story as a whole. This story reminded me of the show Fringe (which I LOVED) and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Young Adult Sci-Fi! I received an ARC from the publisher to voluntarily review. This is no way influenced my review. My opinion is my own.
