Great book, but don't buy it from Kobo

This is an excellent book, but the Kobo version has missing commas and periods almost on every page, and the font and justification isn't adjustable in the ereader. Get it from your library if you can, for free at that.

    So entrancing

Yet another immersive novel by cyberpunks master, and visionary storyteller. Whilst in retrospect, some of his details/interfacing may not have predicted precisely the present, the overarching themes and concepts still maintain relevance in contemporary society.

    Hey.....that's pretty good!

Gibson weaves worlds that even in contemporary times we don't understand. His blending of culture, technology and religion sometimes require you to revisit passages that are drenched in world building vocabulary and ideas. Complex as they are, they are cool and progressive and 30 plus years later, hold more revelance than ever.

    The master of cyberpunk

As good as I remembered it to be! Read it in high school in the '90s and it really resonated with me. Even in our digital age, which surpasses Gibson's vision in some respects, it's still fun to read and doesn't feel anachronistic at all.
