    It changed how I cook (for the better!)

    This is the book that made bread make sense to me ... and soup and quick bread and roux and more. It starts with the basics... why use ratios, and dives into concrete examples with practical technique tips to get great results. It's worth every penny and then some!

    Very helpful handbook

    It is really helpful and it helps you to shift recipes to the exact quantity you need. And if you know the foundation of the most basic recipes, you can make your own variations and be as creative as you wish with less mistakes.
